The choice of dining on the Maldives is simply superb. Whether you choose to dine in your resort or outside of it - the quality is always wonderful. Kurumba is one of our favourite places to eat in the Maldives though for something a little different we suggest an evening in the Ithaa Undersea Restaurant, which is part of the Conrad Hilton Rangali Island Resort in the South Ari Atoll. It serves contemporary European cuisine 5 metres below sea level with fish, in their hundreds constantly passing overhead and by your side.
