Role Overview:

We are seeking a Travel Sales Consultant to design and sell tailor-made holidays for high-net-worth clients. You will act as a trusted travel advisor, managing the full client journey from the initial enquiry through to booking while delivering a highly personalised service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage new and existing luxury travel enquiries, primarily via phone and email
• Create bespoke travel itineraries including premium flights, luxury accommodation and curated experiences
• Build strong client relationships through a consultative sales approach
• Convert enquiries into bookings while achieving sales targets
• Identify opportunities to upsell high-end travel experiences and exclusive services
• Act as the main point of contact throughout the client journey
• Ensure seamless communication and handle changes with efficiency and discretion
• Collaborate with global suppliers, luxury hotels and ground-handling partners
• Maintain accurate customer and booking information
• Follow up with clients and develop repeat business

 Skills & Experience

• Experience in luxury travel sales, travel consultancy or high-end customer service
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to sell tailor-made or bespoke holidays
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Passion for travel and delivering exceptional client experiences
• Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets
• Travel industry knowledge and supplier experience are an advantage

Language Skills Required

• Fluent spoken English
• Additional spoken languages such as Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Gujarati or other Indian languages are an advantage
