Fly to Nairobi.
On arrival you will be welcomed, and from here we drive you to your base hotel, Aberdares Country Club, for lunch. After lunch you will be transferred to the "Tree Hotel", THE ARK, strategically located in the heart of the Aberdare forests. This unique game lodge overlooks floodlit waterholes and saltlicks, which attract a variety of wildlife (elephants, rhinos, leopards, bushbucks, and bongos) that come here to quench their thirst and lick on the salt.
After eating breakfast, leave for Lake Nakuru in the Great Rift Valley (elevation 1,750 m). While Lake Nakuru is famed for the stunning masses of pink flamingoes that collect there, it also has rhinos, colobus monkeys, leopards, giraffes, and several antelopes. Upon arrival, check in to Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge before an afternoon game drive along the lakeshore.
After breakfast drive via Narok to the Masai Mara National Reserve, offering wonderful scenery and plenty of game. It is perhaps the only region left in Kenya where the visitor may see animals in the same superabundance as existed a century ago. Arrive with an en route game drive to check in at Mara Serena Safari Lodge. After lunch, take a short siesta before embarking on an afternoon game drive.
After breakfast we leave for a full-day game drive to Masai Mara Game (Wildlife) Reserve. Full of life with various types of animals and birds, Masai Mara crowns the climax of every safari in Kenya.
