You'll generally find that Mexicans put little stock in formal etiquette, relying instead on their warmth and personality. Be sure to note little things such as waiting for a woman to offer her hand before shaking it, and perhaps odd things such as being late when visiting locals at home (being on time is considered rude in Mexico!) and you’ll be just fine.
