Day By Day Itinerary
DAY 1 UK – ENTEBBE
Fly to Entebbe.
DAY 2 ENTEBBE
On arrival at Entebbe International Airport you will be welcomed and transferred to hotel Boma Guest House.
DAY 3 ENTEBBE – JINJA (B/L/D)

After an early breakfast, you will start your journey to Jinja. You will enjoy a boat ride on the source of the Nile. The Nile is a major north-flowing river in north eastern Africa, regarded as the longest river in the world (6,853 km long). After the boat ride you will have a city tour of Jinja. Then we check in at The Haven Lodge.
DAY 4 RHINOS AND MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK (B/L/D)

After breakfast visit to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Here you shall have a walking Safari to the Southern Park to trek White Rhinos that have been re-introduced in Uganda. In the afternoon you will drive to the legendary Murchison Falls, from which the National park derives its name. On arrival check in at Murchison River Lodge.
DAY 5 MURCHISON FALLS (B/L/D)

Early morning enjoy the game drive. This is a beautiful drive across savannah, Borassus Palm Forest and grassland down to Lake Albert where the Albert Nile heads north. Drive in the open African savanna in search for Lions, Leopard, Hyena, Buffalo, Elephant, Jackson Hartebeest. Oribi, Waterbucks, Uganda Kobs, and enjoy spotting various Bird species such as the Secretary Bird, Black Chested Snake Eagle, Tawny and Marshal Eagles Carmine and Swallow Tailed Bee-Eaters and many more. In the afternoon, go for a boat ride up the Nile, to Murchison falls, Enjoy the spectacular falls. After you will hike to the top of the falls where the Nile squeezes through a 7 meter gap and at the bottom you will see huge Nile Crocodiles basking.
DAY 6 MURCHISON FALLS – KIBALE NATIONAL PARK (B/L/D)
After breakfast, you will drive to Kibale National Park, along the way you will pass many tea plantations. You have the opportunity to visit a tea plantation. On arrival Kibale check in at Primate Lodge.
DAY 7 CHIMPANZEE TRACKING, BIGODI SWAMP WALK (B/L/D)

Today you will track the most famous inhabitants of Kibale National Park, the chimpanzees. With over 1,450 individuals protected within the park, Kibale forest is home to the largest number of the endangered chimpanzees in Uganda, as well as the threatened red colobus monkey and the rare L’Hoest’s monkey. The forest has one of the highest diversity and density of primates in Africa totaling 13 species including the black and white colobus, blue monkey and grey-cheeked mangabey, red tailed monkey, bush babies and pottos. In the afternoon after tracking, you have the opportunity for a guided walk through the swamps of Bigodi. After the fascinating walk you have the choice of relaxing in the accommodation or community walk in a village nearby.
DAY 8 KIBALE – QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK (B/L/D)
After breakfast you will drive today to the world-famous Queen Elizabeth National Park, crossing the equator along the way. On arrival check in a Enganzi lodge. Evening enjoy your game drive.
DAY 9 QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK (B/L/D)

Have an Early Morning Game Drive. There are over 100 mammal species that include Lions, Hippos, Buffaloes, Leopard, Spotted Hyena, Elephants and the elusive Giant Forest Hog in this park. The Primates include Chimps, Black and White Colobus Monkeys, Blue, Black faced Red Colobus, and Red tailed monkeys and Olive Baboons. Return to the Lodge. In the afternoon, you shall have a boat ride on Kazinga Channel. Queen Elizabeth boasts one of the highest bio diversity ratings of any game park, from the open Savannah to Rain Forest, dense Papyrus Swamps and Crater Lakes to the vastness of Lake Edward.
DAY 10 ISHASHA (B/L/D)

Today you will drive to Ishasha sector located in the southern part of Queen Elizabeth National Park. On arrival check in at hotel Enjojo Lodge. In Ishasha you will have a game drive in search of the unique tree-climbing lions. Only here the lions have the habit of climbing the trees.
DAY 11 LAKE MBURO NATIONAL PARK (B/L/D)

Today, drive to Lake Mburo National Park and check in at Mburo Safari lodge. Even at the entrance to the park you can watch impalas and zebras. You will have a game drive as you enter the park. The Lake Mburo National Park forms a mosaic-like habitat with rocks, dry slopes, open and wooded savannas, forests, and swamps increases. This diversity of habitats has the diversity of bird life with 313 bird species recorded in the park, including flame head Barbet, Long-tailed Zitting Cisticola (Tabora), African Bins Rail, Collared Barbet, binding Bush singer among others.
DAY 12 ENTEBBE (B/L)
After an early breakfast, you will start your journey back to Kampala crossing the equator along the way. You will have time to take photos buy a few souvenirs and have a quick picnic lunch. Then check in at hotel Boma Guest House.
DAY 13 ENTEBBE (B)
Explore Kampala’s city center, see life in the Kisenyi slum and visit the country’s national landmarks on a 4-hour walking tour. Follow your local guide through a pair of vibrant markets then see the capital city’s most historic landmarks. Walk alongside a volunteer as you get a glimpse of life in Kisenyi, and hear about the challenges that Uganda’s refugees and homeless children face, then finish your tour with a look at Kampala’s royal and religious history at Lubiri Palace and the National Mosque.
DAY 14 ENTEBBE – UK (B)
After breakfast the day is free until transfer to Entebbe airport to board your flight to UK.
DAY 15 UK
Arrive home today.
