One of Panama’s greatest assets is its heavenly collection of beaches that stretch down both sides of the isthmus - the Pacific and the Caribbean - and onto a small,
but beautiful collection of islands. On the Pacific side we recommend the rustic beaches of the Azuero Peninsula and Coronado which is easily accessible from Panama City, and Playa La Angosta on the Caribbean side. If you’d like to check out some islands however, then we suggest the paradisiacal San Blas archipelago just off the north coast of Panama, which as well forming an awe-inspiring necklace of white sandy beaches, is also the gorgeous home of the traditional Guna tribe.
